Two blogs in one

Last week was fabulous I was in Orlando, Florida with my best friend and had a great getaway before finals. Justin covered my show so thanks so much for that. This Monday I am back to my show. I hate this week and it has yet to start. My three 3 relationship came to an end yesterday....needless to say I will be mourning for a week haha. P.S. I hope we don't read these blogs out loud in class Heather :-)

i hate rain

So my drive up her was HORRIFIC. My windshield wipers are broken and they sound like nails on a chalkboard every 4 seconds!!! Ughh and the broken wiper is on MY side so I pretty much drove here blind. Also....walking up to Founders I managed to step in every existing puddle so my pants are soaking wet. My blog today will have nothing to do with Radio because I am in a horrible mood and I am wet and cold. Good-bye.

p.s. I started a friggon diet today and what do I see as soon as I come up to the lobby area in founders....CUPCAKES EVERYWHERE. Ughhhh!!!

Kelsey as the next American Idol

Ok SOOOO today I decided to use the head phones because I was intimidated by all the post it's saying don't blow out the speakers. So I played some music, went to a break and read a few live reach outs and what not. Then....it happened. I left the on-air button on and continued to sing along with Sheryl Crow's "I'm Gonna Soak Up The Sun." I took off my headphones and as I hummed along I didn't understand why the studio speakers weren't on....DUH I was on-air still. Ugh such an awkward/embarrassing/hilarious moment. I think I'm going to just keep the studio speakers on low from now on. :-)

So, I've come to the conclusion that I really can never find anything to talk about on-air. I am a boring host. I apologize. I am trying to find lots of people to interview for our Public Affairs show so I can bang em all out at once. I am excited for funny fest. That is all.

Spring break is over:-)

So break was awesome had so much fun. So bummed to be back....but school is almostt out for the summer. I'm having a typical crappy monday sooo on my show today i played all mellow miserable songs, haha. I can't stand anything on the top 40 nowadays so I've been playing a lot of old music. Hmmm anyway thats about it. k bye.

Ahh Late

SO the snow day had me slacking and I missed my blog. SO, i'll do it right now. I am sitting in Jazzman's cafe and I have a Philosophy midterm today at 1:55. After that, it officially marks the start of my spring break woo!!!! I don't have a lot planned just QT with my gfs that will all be home! So not much to say about my radio show since I was snowed in at my house in jersey and couldn't make it monday! I'll chat more next week. Listen to my show 12-2 every monday!!!

just another week...

So commuting really sucks! Granted, I only have to drive to Cabrini 3 days a week, butttt all of my classes are crammed together and when I do have a break it's huge and I have no where to go except the library. Anddd if I have to schedule a mandatory meeting with a professor or advisor for 15 minutes, I have to come allll the way up here on another day. I'm venting because it's getting old driving up the same route with my same poopy car. I broke down 2 times in the last 2 weeks. I've probably put more money into fixing it than what it's worth. Good news is....I am hoping to live on campus next semester, I just have to wait and find out if my potential roomie and I were granted our requests. So everyone cross your fingers for me, oh and advice: don't commute, suck it up! I should have.
